If you ever want to know the letter keys layout on a keyboard for a foreign language in Windows, you can search by language on the Windows Keyboard Layout website.
For example, one of the languages I need a keyboard for is Bulgarian, which by the way has several different keyboard layouts! Because I need to be able to switch between alphabets, and swapping keyboards on a laptop does not work, and keyboard stickers are not always a solution, I use silicon keyboard covers. These covers are cheap, and I can mark them up with a fine point Sharpie marker. I can look up the letter keys layout on the Windows keyboard layout website and I can have one for every language I need, and I can easily change them!
